Hi and welcome!
One of the first questions I 'm asked is," Is your name short for something or a family name?" It's neither. My parents chose mine and my sibling's names from the Bible. Tema means the south. A few of the scriptures where you'll find it are Job 6:19 and Isaiah 21:14. It wasn't until adulthood that I could appreciate the value of the name they chose for me. But this website doesn't exist for me - it exists for you. To remind you, or to let you know for the first time, that you are precious in the sight of your Heavenly Father. My prayer is that the Biblical/Historical fiction stories and Devotionals I write remind us of the God who sees, delivers, and redeems.
